Hartmann Omnifix Elastic – 5 cm x 5 m

Hartmann Omnifix elastic is an elastic non-woven adhesive tape used to secure dressings, compresses and small medical devices to the skin. Flexible, it moves with the body, even over joints.

Benefits:

• Secure fixation: holds dressings and compresses in place.
• Elasticity: adapts to movement and to tricky areas such as joints.
• Breathable: lets the skin breathe under the tape.
• Cut to size: easy to cut to the required length.

How to use:

1. Clean and dry the skin around the dressing.
2. Cut the required length of tape.
3. Peel off the backing paper and apply without excessive tension, smoothing it down so it adheres well.
4. Remove gently in the direction of hair growth.

Precautions: Do not apply directly to a wound. Remove the tape if skin irritation occurs. Do not overstretch the tape when applying.
