Primeal Blond Psyllium Husk – 150 g

Primeal blond psyllium husk is the outer coating of Plantago ovata seeds, naturally very rich in soluble fibre. Mixed with liquid, it forms a gel that gently supports digestive comfort and regular bowel movements.
